I provide individual therapy for anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, as well as trauma-focused treatment, including EMDR, to help clients process and heal from distressing experiences. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful change. I work collaboratively with clients to create a safe, compassionate space tailored to their unique goals and needs.
